Great service as far as being convenient,fast, affordable, and offers free ride credits for referrals. Down side It doesn't go more places... Some driver's pull off way too fast, and the wait time flutters on occasions. They will also lock you out your account (idk why) and tell you to contact customer service but doesn't include how to contact them within the message. There's also times where you'll get "sorry can't find a ride" error message. I use them everyday though, it's complete worth it!

Great app to save on rides. Everything is good. But navigation ans dropping off is the worst. I understand that there's a route that drivers follow. But what I don't effing get is how my drop off would be delay to pick up someone from the complete opposite direction. And then we circle back.

on demand has been very helpful. I can get to the food Market all the way to Woodlawn High School for a $1.50. just traveling around the east side it beats waiting on the bus. you must have a real bank/ debit or credit card to put on file it will NOT take a cash app card or any other prepaid debit cards.
